- Automated downloadable report that outlines the maturity of your GBS organization
How long will it take me?
The completion of this assessment will take approximately 30-45 minutes.
How do I complete the assessment?
Step 1:
Register for the GBS Maturity App Assessment or log into the App with an
existing user profile. If you have already created an account, please go back
to the Home page and log in.
Step 2:
Finalize company profile
- Click on ‘Complete my company profile’
- Complete the profiling questions which will help the GBS Maturity App Assessment accurately classify your company
Step 3:
Complete the Assessment
- To complete the GBS Maturity App Assessment, simply click the sub-dimension where you would like to begin the assessment
- Each dimension must be completed before the results are finalized. Completion is tracked as an overall percentage and is also shown by the GBS Maturity Assessment framework (grey = not started, blue = in progress, green = complete). There is no requirement in terms of which dimension needs to be completed first
Step 4:
Review your results
- Once the GBS Maturity App Assessment is 100% complete, you will be able to download your maturity report!
